Can Anyone Tell Me the Make of This Cue?

I am after a new quick release cue joint (to make a new shorter butt for jump shots etc) Can you tell me anything about this cue? I have had it approx 8 years and as far as I remember it is an official 9 ball tour cue I paid £300 for it 8 years ago so know its a good cue I have had the ferrel changed for a black one and had diamonds inlaid into the butt to embellish it too
