Can anyone identify this cue?

I am considering purchasing this cue for my son but have no idea of its value and or durability. I have checked the cue for markings and cannot find any. I have pulled the rubber bumper off by removing the socket head cap screw with a Allen wrench and found a spacer washer and what appears to be a slotted weight inserted with a threaded hole to hold the rubber bumper. Pictures are attached. Thank you!
