Damaging a Bar or Pool Hall Pool Table

Damaging a Bar or Pool Hall Pool Table

Anyone ever damage a bar or hall table? Tear the felt or unintentionally damage a house cue...what about putting out a nearby window? Just curious. Do you have to pay for it?

Probably depends on the establishment maybe.

Anyhow my friend recently shot the cue ball off of a window at a bar. Didn't break it but it was pretty scary. I know in most cases in golf if you hit an errant shot and bust a window you have to pay for it. If you hit a person you are responsible for any injury caused as well. You can also purchase insurance for such things, or so I've heard.

Let's here some bad stories!

No, not break anything personally. But I've been in a group where somebody broke the overhanging lamp over the table. Also seen somebody launch a cue ball off the table and hit a waitress walking by! LOL. But that's about it.

Hitting waitresses is always ammusing. I once sent one into the kitchen. That was cool. The cook had a baffled look on his face, I told him it was a warning for taking so long with my damn fries!
