Billiard Room Dimensions and Pool Table Size

Hi everyone, new here and I was hoping I could get some advice. I want to put a billiards table in a 12x11 foot room and I'm pretty sure the standard 7' would be way too much for it. I've seen the charts for table/room dimensions and according to it, basically a 5 footer would be ideal for my footprint. Unfortunately, that's a little too small and all the 5 footers I've seen are like two feet wide. What's the fun in that? I was hoping I'd be able to squeeze a 6 foot table in the room and be able to play comfortably with 48" cues. I was thinking of getting one of those combo flip tables considering I don't see too many 6 footers, let alone 5 footers, as stand alone tables. The dimensions of the table are 72" x 36"... Anybody got an opinion on this, I'd really appreciate it if I could get some help.
