billiards newbie needs help

I am looking at purchasing a used pool table primarily given the market saturation. I have my eye on a 7 yr old Vitalie (purgatory purchased from watsons) table in pretty good shape (needs new felt) or a 3 yr old AE Schmidt Columbian in great shape. Any thoughts on what these would be worth or which is a better table?
