Will a Meucci HOF 2 Custom Cue Help My Game?

Hi,

I am wondering what you people can tell me about Meucci cues. I just bought one and its on the way. It is a Meucci HOF 2 cue with a red dot shaft. I am 28 years old and I have been playing pool since I could reach the table when I was a small child and I play on a 9 foot Brunswick gold crown table. I have played with house cues and bar cues all my life and I have never had my own custom cue before so I am just wondering how it will work for me?

    Of course a well crafted stick will improve your game!

    But not for the reasons you expect. The stick is interesting. What's going on between your ears is everything.

    As with golf clubs, a newer, better, shinier, costlier set of clubs always seems to improve your game. The stick has little to do with that. Your confidence in the stick improves, so will your game ;-)

    But lets not BS ourselves. It's not the sticks (be it golf or pool) that improves results, it's all about perception - and how THAT - affects the results.
