Striped and Solid Billiard Balls are Same Color

Striped and Solid Billiard Balls are Same Color

I never realized that the hi and low balls in a billiard ball set shared the same colors. The only difference is stripes and solids.

well unless go into a deep color palette those are pretty much the colors that you have to work with

Sounds like you need to spend a little more time in the pool hall, and less time on your computer ;)

You should get a load of some of the novelty balls out there!

Aramith actually makes a set of balls that are all stripes, and just 15 different colors. They say that aiming a stripe ball is easier then aiming a solid ball.

Not my balls! I bought the Aramith camouflage billiard balls.

Its funny that you said that about the color. I play lots of pool, but never really noticed.

@jana is right, some novelty balls are cool! My friends love the camouflage billiard balls I bought, only complaint i have its that "sometimes" first timers with these balls will shoot the 8 ball instead of the 6 ball as they are close in color (grey / green). My buddy bought the stone set, those are pretty cool too!
