Bridge for Injured Hand

Bridge for Injured Hand

I injured my left (bridge) hand and now find it too painful to spread my fingers in order to stabilize my bridge. It is just the little finger which gives me trouble. It may sound strange but I thought a kind of prosthetic device would help. I thought that if artificial support could be incorporated into a glove or a leather brace which would compensate for what amounts to having no little finger on my bridge hand, I could get the stability back. Any ideas?

What type of injury did you sustain. What have you tried so far.

I've seen a type of bridge that you can hold in a balled up hand but could not find it doing a recent search.

When I broke my little finger playing B Ball during a break at work I just wraped it up using a ice cream stick and went back to work.

I've seen players use a Justa Bridge on a dowl when they had a hand problem.

I hope your hand heals over time.
