Meucci Magnum MAG-1 Pool Cue eBay 2017
A Meucci Magnum MAG-1 Pool Cue that was for sale in June of 2017 on eBay. Seller Notes:
I would dare say this is one or two of a kind? It rolls straight, is 58 inches long and has a 13 mm tip. The cue weighs 19.3 oz on my scale. There are no dings or dents in the shaft one small blemish in collar might not see it but want to be honest. A couple of very minor dents in butt hard to see or identify. The cue has been well taken care of and is more than 20 years old. It is well balanced and shoots great as you would expect from a Meucci.

Meucci Magnum MAG-1 Pool Cue Info
Info on the Meucci Magnum MAG-1 Pool Cue
I found this cue on eBay in June of 2017. The seller, (vintage-38) had reached out to Meucci for information on this cue. Here is what he was told:
In the early 1990's Meucci launched a line of cues that was to be known as the Meucci "Magnum" line but that name was trademarked and they were asked to stop.
This cue is one of the very few that got out as a Meucci Magnum cue and is a rare bird indeed.
Putting two and two together, we can see that what was to be the "Meucci Magnum" line was changed into the "Meucci Maximum" due to the trademark issue. Very cool.
It is not clear of any of the other Meucci Maximum cues, e.g. MAX-2 through MAX-7, have "Meucci Magnum" versions. It is doubtful, but possible. If you have any info, please leave a note and/or pics below in the form.

Unknown. Meucci found out that they couldn't use the "Magnum" name due to trademark, and even the earliest flyers had "Maximum" - their alternate name. So likely very few were made. Per recent contacts to Meucci customer service, they advised that "very few got out".
