9-ball Foul

9-ball Foul

In 9-ball, the shooter makes contact with correct numbered object ball but but does not hit a rail.

No foul was called and unknown why but the same shooter immediately shoots again.

A foul is called and BIH penalty given to the opponent.

The shooters teammate protests claiming that the 1st foul should have been called and due to the 2nd foul changing placement of the balls it should be a rerack!? WTF?

   if you shoot and don't make a ball and he shoots again, he forfeits the game. hitting a rail doesn't even come into play in this situation.
